Hands On – Eloise White, Illustrator

Eloise has a bright, sunlit studio almost on the beach at Piha. From her front room she creates beautiful illustrations and designs that are influenced by what she sees out of her windows, and the surrounding bush.

While I was there to take her portrait, Eloise was working on the beautiful bird drawing that is pictured here. The little dog, whose outrage at being left out of the sitting was too cute, managed to photo-bomb the shot of pencils and paper.

You can find Eloise White’s work on Facebook if you would like to see more of what she does- and her portrait will be on show in February and March at Studio One in Ponsonby, as part of the Hands On exhibition.

About Charlotte Marjoribanks Designs
