I regret nothing.

New years sale at a local yarn store.

Above is 7 balls of 100% cashmere (Cashmere! Soft!) that was going for a measly $5.00 a ball. So I bought all of it. How could I not?

Then below are 4 skeins in 2 colour ways of Misti Alpaca that was reduced from something like $28.00 a skein to $10.00. I have been gazing at these for a year wondering how to justify the purchase of just 1 skein…problem solved!

This one wasn’t on sale, but I bought it to make something for Molly because it’s beautiful.IMG_0142I appear to have been motivated by these purchases, as I have cast on for about 5 new projects in the last week. More on that another time.

  1. Ooh what lovely bargains! I don’t blame you for getting them! At least you are feeling motivated! It would be such a shame to stash these away in a cupboard!

Um…you should regret not getting me any. šŸ™‚ I’m so jealous, what great deals!

5 new projects, huh? You’ve got me beat. I’ve only cast on 4 this week (although that doesn’t count the WIPs on the needles which have been discreetly hidden away for now.)

    • It’s 6 now! But I am close to finishing a couple. I got all inspired (about old stash, typical) and am nearly ready to release a new winter pattern! Startitis has it’s benefits.
