October Comfort Food

This was a last minute lasagne to use up what we had sitting in the fridge so that I could procrastinate a bit longer about going to the supermarket.

IMG_9850It worked reasonably well! I used a tomato sauce and white sauce with layers of spinach, mushrooms and feta. Then lots of grated cheese on top. I even made enough to freeze some for later on in the term when I am knackered and don’t want to cook.
