Wrist Assured – A new pattern!

These have taken me a good deal of time to complete because I kept finding things that I wanted to change part way through! But they are done, the pattern is finished and I am very happy with them.

IMG_9791The little cables are quick to make and I think they stand out nicely against the reverse stockinette background.

IMG_9778Ribbing on the cuffs and edges helps them stay snug against your wrists and won’t let any chill in!

PS- just for those who might be interested, the wool I used for my sample mitts was bought in South America from a stall like this (but any dk yarn will do!):
