Easter Weekend

I have had an entirely selfish Easter Weekend, enjoying pottering and sorting things around the house, doing bits of crafting just for me, and generally enjoying myself before the next busy week begins.

I got almost a full spindle of my ‘Paua’ fibre spun up into some cobwebby yarn. And I have just about finished my Downton Abbey mitts, which I still haven’t decided whether I like or not. I missed the deadline for finishing them by at least a month, but given how much I loathe things that require knitting the same thing twice (socks and gloves I am looking at you) I am happy enough to get them done at all! I am crossing my fingers for some magical blocking that will make me love them.

Happy Easter if you celebrate, see you again soon with some finished items and some new things for my shop!
