Water Acorns and Tattered Butterflies

In a gap between rain storms I went out walking with Molly in her buggy. Driving home I had seen a line of trees that looked as though they were strung with wet glass beads and I wanted to go back and get a photo before the light changed.

I was too slow and they were just raindrops again by the time I got there, but I came home feeling like I had a bag full of treasure anyway.

I didn’t photograph the butterfly though. It looked too sad.
